PRINT QUALITY AND TECHNIQUE

The original artwork is printed on fine art papers, known as 'Pigment on Cotton', 'Pigment on Rag' or 'Giclee Prints'.

Pigments on cotton rag papers have proven to be highly archival (for example Rembrandt's etchings were made using pigment inks on cotton papers).

The process used is now generally regarded as one of the most stable colour printing processes available at this time.

SIZING

Please note that sizing is approximate.  Original artworks have been painted on a variety of canvas size and shapes.

The closest available size will be selected to produce the highest quality result, that is true to the original artwork, maintaining proportion and balance.

Sizes available: (refers to size of paper, not image) 

Small             A3           297 mm x 420 mm

Medium         A2           420 mm x 594 mm

Large             A1           594 mm x 841 mm

LAYOUT

Prints cover as much surface area as possible.

A white border outlines the print for framing purposes - the width of this border may vary to allow for scaling of the original print to the requested paper size.
